John Morton
John has hands on experience of all the major printing processes and has held operational and technical development roles at Director level in the packaging sector.

A qualified printer with a career spaning magazine production, commercial print, packaging and label production.

John was actively involved in the Unilever Advanced Printing and Decoration training courses attended by delegates from operations around the globe before joining 4impression.

Paul Jarvis
Paul Jarvis, formerly Chairman of Jarvis Porter Group PLC, oversaw its growth to become one of Europe's leading packaging suppliers with a turnover in excess of £100 million, employing 1,600 people in 7 countries including the USA.

Paul was a Director and founder member of the Leeds Training and Enterprise Council.

He is on the main board of FINAT, the World-Wide Association for Self-Adhesive Labels and Related Products.

Paul provides strategic direction to the packaging and print sectors capitalising on his vast experience and global network of contacts and is retained by CCL Label in this capacity.

Robert Shimmin
Robert has held senior marketing and business development positions in the print, packaging and labels sector spanning more than 20 years.

He is a regular contributor of articles to the print and packaging trade press
and has assisted the KTN Faraday Partnerships in building awareness of the latest research and innovations emanating from UK universities.

In addition to his involvement with 4impression he runs Shimmin Associates Ltd a research and marketing consultancy offering support to both UK and international customers in the packaging sector.

Robert was also actively involved in the Unilever Advanced Printing and Decoration training courses.
